Judgment
Heard the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner as well as proxy counsel for the official liquidator. Proxy counsel for the official liquidator has submitted that the petitioner was asked to show certain original documents which the petitioner has not shown so far, therefore they are unable to prepare the report and file. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach office of the official liquidator and ascertain the details of the documents /information required by them and show the originals to them and assist the Official Liquidator in filing their report in the matter.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is also directed to approach the Office of RD and find out the queries and also provide necessary information/documents and take steps for providing necessary assistance in the matter to office of RD for filing the final reply in the matter. The OL as well as RD are directed to expedite and file their reports within timeline granted in the matter. Post the matter to 1st April, 2022.
