ORDER
Heard Ms. Vinutha Venkata Rao Undale, Ld. PCS for the Petitioner.
The Ld. PCS for the Petitioner is directed to give clarification regarding the claims received by the creditors, whether it is settled or not and also directed to file Bank Statement/Record of Business for the year 2021. This shall be done well before the next date of hearing.
Issue Notice to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka and the IBBI, New Delhi. The Registry is directed to prepare notice and the PCS for the Liquidator is permitted to collect the notice from the Registry and service it personally on the aforesaid statutory authorities along with Company Petition and other material papers through e-mail as well as by Speed post and to file affidavit of service in the Registry within three weeks’.
The said statutory authorities may file their respective reports, if any, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice. The Petitioner shall also file the response, if any, thereto within one week from the date of receipt of copy of reports. List the case on 15.06.2023.
