ORDER
None appeared for the Petitioner.
The Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file Bank Statement/ Record of Business for the previous two years i.e. before commencement of liquidation.
Issue Notice to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka and the IBBI, New Delhi. The Registry is directed to prepare notice and the PCS for the Liquidator is permitted to collect the notice from the Registry and service it personally on the aforesaid statutory authorities along with Company Petition and other material papers through e-mail as well as by Speed post and to file affidavit of service in the Registry within three weeks’.
The said statutory authorities may file their respective reports, if any, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice. The Petitioner shall also file the response, if any, thereto within one week from the date of receipt of copy of reports. List the case on 16.06.2023.
