Judgment
Heard Shri Parameshwar G Bhat, learned Authorized Representative appearing for the Petitioner and Shri Manjunath, official from office of the Official Liquidator.
In spite of availing substantial time, none of the Authorities filed any report so far. Shri Manjunath, appeared for the OL and seeks two weeks more time to file report. In the circumstances, two weeks time is granted to all the Authorities for filing reports, failing which, it is deemed that they have no objection and appropriate order will be passed based on the record available on the next date of hearing.
If any of the Authorities filed any report, the Petitioner is directed to file response thereto, if any, within one week from the date of receipt of the respective reports.
The Petitioner shall serve this order on all the Authorities and file an affidavit of service thereto before the next date.
