Judgment
Grievance in this Execution Application is that inspite of order of this Tribunal dated 13.07.2022 requiring the State PCB and District Magistrate, Mathura to look into the allegation of illegal operation of brick kiln by Pari Eent Udyog, Village Ainch, District Mathura, U.P., no action has been taken in terms of the said order.
In view of above, let factual status report in the matter be submitted by State PCB and District Magistrate, Mathura to the Registrar General of this Tribunal within one month by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/ OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF. State PCB will be the nodal agency for coordination and compliance. If found necessary, the Registrar General may place the matter before the Bench for further directions.
Subject to above, the application is disposed of.
A copy of this order be forwarded to State PCB and District Magistrate, Mathura by e-mail for compliance.
The appellant may serve a set of papers on State PCB and District Magistrate, Mathura and file affidavit of service within one week.
