Judgment
S. G. Mehare, J
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.
Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 8. 08.2023. Learned APP waives service of notice for the respondent-State.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the last rituals of the father of the applicant have been scheduled tomorrow. He being the son has to attend the last rituals of his father. Hence, temporary bail of four (4) days may be granted.
The applicant has been arrested in Crime No.385 of 2023, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.
The applicant being the son has to attend the last rituals as per the Hindu religion. Therefore, he may be granted temporary bail. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Applicant KIRAN MAGANSINGH RAJPUT be released on temporary bail for four (4) days from today, on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, in Crime No.385 of 2023, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant shall surrender before the learned learned Sessions Court on 07.08.2023, at about 10.00 a.m.
(b) Bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur.
(c) Humdast allowed.
