Judgment

This contempt case is filed alleging that despite specific order dated 08.12.2015 prohibiting the respondents from making any recovery from the
applicant, the respondents issued an order dated 09.03.2020 requiring the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.2,78,886/-.
The respondents filed counter affidavit dealing with the various contentions urged by the applicant.
Heard Mr. R.K. Jain, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Praveen Swaroop, learned counsel for the respondents.
This is the second round of contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents. Earlier when the applicant filed a contempt, the respondents had
withdrawn the order of recovery. Thereafter, another order was issued on 09.03.2020 by referring the various developments in the case. However,
the respondents have realized their mistake and issued an order dated 02.01.2021 withdrawing the order dated 09.03.2020. With this, the grievance of
the applicant stands redressed. This contempt case is accordingly closed.ÂÂ
