Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the relief prayed for in the instant petition stands granted to the petitioner,

whereby respondents have released arrears on account of conferment of work charge status. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner further

states that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the balance amount in a time bound manner.

While referring to the reply filed on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General disputes the aforesaid

contention made by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and states that he has no information that the claim of the petitioner has been

accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the relief claimed by the petitioner stands granted to him, present

petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make payment of balance amount, if any, to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, alongwith all pending applications.
