Judgment

By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main reliefs:
"A. That the respondent be directed to consider for conferment of work charge status to the applicant for the period from 1-1-2003 to his date of regularization 24-01-2007 with all consequential benefit.
B. that case of the applicant is squarely covered under the judgment dated July 28 , 2010 in CWP No. 2735 of 2010 as "Rakesh Kumar Vs State of H.p.&ors" therefore, direction be issued in view of this judgment to release the arrears and other benefits accordingly."
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record, especially the reply filed by the respondents, this Court finds that work charge status in terms of judgment of this Court in Rakesh Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, stands already conferred upon the petitioner vide office order dated 1.4.2015 (Annexure R-I), as has been prayed for by the petitioner.
In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of, alongwith all pending applications. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate court of law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if so desired.
