Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Tanwar Singh

Rathore and the learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Manish

Patel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he

wants to submit the representation before the respondents for

making correction in his online application form filled by him for

the post of L.D.C. in pursuance to the advertisement dated

14.02.2013. Learned counsel further submitted that the

Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj has issued

the Circular in this regard on 26.05.2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the

prayer made by the petitioner.

In view of the limited controversy, the present writ petition is

disposed of with the direction to the respondents that in the event

of submitting the representation by the petitioner, the same would

be considered and decided in light of the Circular dated

26.05.2017. The respondents are expected to decide the

representation, if so submitted by the petitioner, within a period of

one month.
