Judgment
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to permit him to carry out correction in his application form.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, while submitting application form on 22.08.2018 for the post of Teacher Grade-III (TSP), he had inadvertently furnished incorrect particulars regarding his RTET marks. According to the petitioner, inspite of his numerous representations, the respondents have not permitted him to correct such inadvertent mistake.
Instead of going into the fact that as to whether the petitioner is entitled to correct his marks or not, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2019 and 10.06.2019 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of placing certified copy of the order instant.
For the purpose aforesaid, the petitioner may file a fresh representation, while enclosing photo-stat copy of the earlier representations and a certified copy of the order instant within a period of 15 days.
It is, however, made clear that the direction to decide petitioner's representations has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of his grievance and the same may not be construed to be a direction to decide it in a particular manner.
The writ petition as well as the stay application stands disposed of.
