Judgment
Battu Devanand, J
1) This Contempt Case has been filed against the Respondent for her wilful disobedience in implementing the order, dated 11.11.2016 in W.P.No.38981 of 2016.
2) This Court while disposing the said writ petition directed the petitioner to give representation to the 2nd Respondent on or before 25th November, 2015 and on such representation, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month.
3) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.
4) A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent.
5) In the counter-affidavit it is stated that the request of the petitioner, dated 22.11.2016 has been disposed of duly rejecting his claim vide Proceedings in Rc.No.C2/453/2017, dated 26.09.2017.
6) Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
7) In view of the above, as the representation of the petitioner is considered and orders are passed on 26.09.2017, in our view, there is no contempt on behalf of the Respondent.
8) Accordingly, this contempt case is dismissed.
9) There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
