Judgment
M.A. No. 42 of 2020:
Vide this application, the applicant seeks permission to take rejoinder on record on the ground that the same was filed on 17.10.2019, however, in the
order sheet dated 06.12.2019, it was recorded that the counsel for the applicant stated that rejoinder is not to be filed. There is no objection from the
side of the respondents.
In view of the same, application is allowed and rejoinder already filed by the applicant is taken on record.
M.A. No. 42 of 2020 stands disposed of accordingly.
O.A. No. 647 of 2018:
On the last date, the matter was ordered to be listed for regular hearing as per seriatim as the pleadings are complete.
Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has lost sight in one eye and the condition of other eye is also deteriorating day by day, therefore,
the matter may be listed at an early date.
In view of these facts and circumstances, prayer made by the counsel for the applicant is allowed.
List the matter for hearing on 14th July, 2020.
