Learned Counsel Smt Mano Ranjani, for applicant present through Video Conference and submitted that the existing Resolution Professional Mr Ravindra Chaturvedi, has been selected as Technical Member in National Company Law Tribunal, hence he cannot continue as Resolution Professional in this case. COC in its meeting dated 13.01.2025 has approved for change of Resolution Professional and to file this application for appointing Ms Namrata Amol Randeri, as new Resolution Professional having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01585/2019-20/12495, e-mail: [email protected], Mobile No. 9820937573. The application is allowed and Mr Ravindra Chaturvedi is hereby discharged from his duties and Ms Namrata Randeri is appointed as new Resolution Professional in place of Mr Ravindra Chaturvedi.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of.
