Judgment

The prayers in this Original Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are as follows:-
“(i)Direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam to dispose in C.C.No.196 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court
(ii) Dispense with filing of the translation of documents in Malayalam produced in the above O.P.Crl as Ext.P1
(iii)such other order or direction this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
On 28.02.2024, this Court directed the Registry to obtain a report from the Court concerned on the time required for the disposal of the matter.
A report has been obtained from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Muvattupuzha, stating that the matter could be disposed of within a period of six months. Therefore, Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Muvattupuzha is directed to dispose of C.C.No.196 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
The Original Petition is disposed of as above.
