Judgment
Heard the submissions made by Counsel for Resolution Professional. In view of NCLAT's order dated 08.09.2022, the Hon'ble NCLAT has allowed IA No. 3657/2022 permitting withdrawal of Section 9 application filed by respondent no. 2 and consequently the order initiating the CIRP dated 19.07.2022 was also set aside.
In view of the above, no action is required to be taken by NCLT. The IA No. 4292/2022 has now become infructuous. If the Resolution Professional received any claims which are to be collated, the same may be passed on to Corporate Debtor for taking necessary steps in the matter. The case folders and connected papers may be sent to record room. The matter stands disposed of in all respects.
