The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitutionn of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing thhe respondents to allow the petitioner to sit for the finaal examinationn of MBA International Business course (Final Year) and condone the shortage of attendance of lectures of the petitioner. Further a prayer is made for setting aside the response dated 16.04.2024 (Annexurre P-15) to representation dated 05.04.20244 (Annexure P-14) as it is in violation of the regulations for Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Learned counsel for responddent No.2, at the very outset, submits that the grievance raised by the pettitioner in the present petition has been substaantially redressed and the petitioner was allowed to participate in the examination and his shortage in attenddance stands condoned. As suchh, the present petition be rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitiooner did not controvert the abovve said factual position.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, having beenn rendered infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
