I.A. No.4589 of 2022:
The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of permission to the appellate authority i.e. Additional Collector, Ranchi to hear and decide the appeal being Misc. Case no.01 of 2021-22 filed by the petitioner against the order passed in Mutation Case no.287 R 27 of 2004-05 for the land appertaining to Khata no.92, plot nos.543, 562, 563, 565, 566 & 567, measuring an area of 3.56 acres.
Mr. V. P. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, does not press the present interlocutory application. He, however, submits that the present civil miscellaneous petition itself may be heard at an early date.
I.A. No.4589 of 2022 is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
C.M.P. No.151 of 2020:
On perusal of the record, it appears that though a counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.6 has been filed, however, no counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 5 has yet been filed.
Mr. Arpan Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 5 prays for four weeks more time by way of last indulgence to file counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondents.
In view of the said prayer, put up this case under the heading “For Admission” after four weeks.
