I.A. No. 9491 of 2023
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in this interlocutory application which has been filed for substitution the name of legal heirs of the deceased opposite party no. 2-Shyama Nand Pandey, who died during pendency of the instant quashing petition, as mentioned in paragraph-3 of this application.
Under the circumstances, I.A. No. 9491 of 2023 is allowed.
Let the legal heirs of deceased opposite party no. 2, as fully described in paragraph 3 of this application, be substituted in his place.
Office is directed to make necessary entries in the cause title of the memo of quashing petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take necessary steps for service of notice upon the substituted legal heirs of deceased opposite party no. 2 at present and correct address under ordinary process as well as under registered post with A/D for which requisites must be filed within two weeks after Diwali Holidays.
