I.A. No.771 of 2025 has been filed for substituting the name of legal heir/ successor of O.P.Nos.54 and 70.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that O.P.Nos.54 and 70 have left for their heavenly abode on 09.12.2023 and 01.10.2024 respectively. He submits that legal heir/ successor of O.P.Nos.54 and 70 have been disclosed in paragraph no.7 and 8 of the I.A.

Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel for O.P.Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 21, 24 to 26, 29 to 32, 35, 36, 38, 40 to 42, 44, 46 to 52, 55, 57, 61, 63 to 69 has got no objection for the same.

Learned counsel for the respondent State has also got no objection for the same.

In view of above submission considering that O.P.Nos.54 and 70 have left for their heavenly abode, the prayer made in the instant I.A is allowed and the instant I.A stands disposed of.

The petitioners will substitute the name of legal heir/ successor of O.P.Nos.54 and 70 as mentioned in the instant I.A in course of the day.

Issue notice upon the newly added legal heir/ successor of O.P.Nos.54 and 70 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites must be filed within a week.
