ORDER

IA/217(MP)2022

This application is filed by the RP under Section 12A of the IBC, 2016 for withdrawal of the CIRP against the Corporate Debtor after the Corporate Debtor was admitted in CIRP.

We heard the learned counsel, Mr. Ritesh Kumar Sharma appearing for the RP.

We have gone through the matter on record.

CoC in its meeting dated 28.09.2022 by 100% votes passed a Resolution of withdrawal of the CIRP.

We accept the request of the RP.

CIRP against the Corporate Debtor stands withdrawn and IA i.e., IA/217(MP)2022 along with the main CP i.e., (MP) CP(IB) 53 of 2020 stands disposed of.

The Corporate Debtor is released from all the rigours of the CIRP.

Any other application, bearing no. IA/201(MP)2022 becomes infructuous by withdrawal of the CIRP, also stands disposed of.
