IA/87(MP)2022

This application is filed by the RP under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 seeking withdrawal of the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor M/s. Garlico Industries Limited.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the CoC in its meeting dated 18.04.2022 by 100% votes resolved to file an application for withdrawal of the CIRP.

We noted his statement accordingly, IA/87(MP)2022 stands allowed and disposed of and as a result, the CIRP which was initiated in CP(IB) 641 of 2019 dated 03.12.2021 stands closed. The Corporate Debtor is released from all rigours of CIRP.
