Learned Counsel Mr. Aditya J Pandya appeared for the Applicant.
IA 393 is filed by RP for withdrawal of main CP under Section 12(a). Perused the record. Heard learned counsel. COC in its meeting dated 04.02.2020 passed Resolution for permitting the withdrawal by 100% votes. Since, COC has decided to withdrawal of the main CP on the ground of settlement, the application is allowed. Main CP stands withdrawal and disposed of.
Corporate Debtor stood free for rigours of C.I.R.P and I direct the RP to hand over all documents and papers to Corporate Debtor within two weeks.
