CA(IB) No. 1491/KB/2019 - This is an application filed by the RP u/s. 12A praying for withdrawal of CP(IB) No. 737/KB/2019 for the reason of the settlement arrived at between the Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor. It is submitted that CoC has taken decision to withdraw the application by 100% vote share. It is also submitted that RP's fees and costs has already been discharged and there is nothing due to him.
Having satisfied that the matter was settled between the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor and the request for withdrawal has been approved by the CoC with 100% voting share, this application deserves consideration. Accordingly, prayer is allowed. C.P. is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of. No order as to costs.
