Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we do not find that the findings given in the paragraph Nos. 11, 12, 13, and 14 amounts to an error which is apparent on the face of the record requiring reconsideration of our order dated October 18, 2019. We further observe that the findings given by us are based on appreciation of evidence and assuming that there is an error, is still not an error apparent on the face of the record.

Review Application fails and is dismissed.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order.
