We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant. We had passed an order dated October 10, 2019. The present application has been filed for correction of paragraph No. 34 of our order. We find that the applicant filed a review application which was disposed of on April 6, 2020. The applicant has also filed an appeal which is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. By this application a further correction application has been filed to modify paragraph No. 34 of our order dated October 10, 2019. In our view, our order is clear and explicit and does not require any modification or correction. The application is dismissed.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally signed copy sent by fax and/or email.
