Judgment

Heard.
Applicant Intezar, who is in jail in connection with Crime No. 352/2009, relating to offences punishable u/s 392 and 411 of IPC, Police Station Manglaur, has sought his release on bail.
The first bail application was rejected by this Court on merits on 28.8.2010.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that since then more than eight months have passed and applicant is still languishing in jail. However, it appears that the applicant has criminal history which includes three cases of robbery and dacoity.
Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any new sufficient ground to grant the bail.
Therefore, the second bail application is rejected with the observation that the trial court may proceed with the case and conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, as the applicant is in jail. (Urgency Application No. 2041/2011 stands disposed of).
