Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent. The records disclose that copy of last order dated 28.9.2021 has been communicated to the respondent and to its counsel Mr. Manish Kumar Das at their Guwahati address by Speed Post. Office will place the tracking report and note whether Speed Post has been delivered or not. Let the name of Mr. Manish Kumar Das appear in the cause list as counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed M.A. No. 427 of 2021 which has been filed recently seeking a partial modification of order dated 28.9.2021. That order records a submission made on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the petition, the respondent has partially paid the dues by paying Rs. 20 Lakhs. The M.A. seeks correction in the amount by substituting Rs. 35 Lakhs in place of Rs. 20 Lakhs. Since the prayer is beneficial to the respondent, the same is allowed. It is expected that respondent shall take steps to clear the outstanding dues at least by the next date. The M.A. stands disposed of.
Post the matter under the same head on 14.12.2021.
