ORDER
It is seen that no rectification has been carried out qua the mistakes pointed out in the last order dated 21.12.2023, either by the applicant or by the RP. Therefore, we are constrained to return this application being defective, with the liberty to file a fresh one.
Despite clear instructions given in the order dated 21.12.2023 for the RP to remain present during the hearing, the RP is not present today.
Let Registry mark copy of this to order to the IBBI for information.
Accordingly, C.P.(IB)/191(AHM)2022 is dismissed being defective, with the liberty as above.
