O R D E R
The matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing. Heard both the sides. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. A.K. Rai prays that he wants to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition as certain required documents have not been filed along with the Application
Learned Counsel Mr. A.K. Sahewala appeared for R1- State Bank of India, learned counsel Mr. Dhrupad Das appeared for R2 & 3 and learned counsel Mr. S.K. Hazarika appeared for R3.
Prayer of Learned Counsel of the Petitioner is accepted and this application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn .The Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application in accordance with the law.
