Despite sending the link for joining the video conference to Ld. Counsel for applicant, no one has appeared on behalf of applicant today. On the previous dates also i.e., 29.12.2021 and 17.02.2022 no one had appeared on behalf of applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the matter is dismissed for non prosecution.
