O R D E R
The case was called out twice. None present for the applicant. Mr. Rajesh Thapa, Ld. A.A.G. and Mr. F A Natnoo appeared for the respondents.

This SWP No. 351 of 2011 has been transferred by the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir to this Tribunal vide order dated 31.03.2021.

Despite sending the link for joining the video conference to Ld. Counsel for applicant, no one has appeared on behalf of applicant today. On the previous dates also i.e., 24.12.2021, 15.02.2022, 17.02.2022 no one had appeared on behalf of applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the matter is dismissed for non prosecution.
