ORDER
Brief note has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioner vide Diary No. 01221/2 dated 05.02.2024. The same is taken on record. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings are pending before the Hon’ble NCLAT, but there is no order of the Hon’ble NCLAT placed before the Bench in which it is stated that the proceedings before this Bench would be adjourned. Since the matter pertains to the year 2021 and the petitioner is seeking more time to clarify this issue, thus it seems that he is not interested in pursuing the present case. Hence, the present petition is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
