Learned Counsel for Applicant viz., Mr. Varun Srinivasan, Advocate and Learned Counsel for Respondent / Resolution Professional viz., Mr. Ananth Marathia, Advocate are present through video conferencing mode.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant represents that IA/450/2020 is filed seeking for urgent listing of the main Application in IA/332/IB/2020. Learned Counsel for the Applicant also represents that similar Applications are pending before this Tribunal in relation to the "Rejection of Claim" made by the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor, however, the date of the said Applications which have been posted before this Tribunal is not aware to him. Upon notice of this Application, the Resolution Professional is being represented by Learned Counsel, who represents that in relation to the date of posting of the similar Applications against the decision of 'Rejection of claims' as passed by the Resolution Professional in relation to the claims, he is not aware and Learned Counsel for the Resolution Professional represents that in relation to the date he has to take instructions. However, on confirmation from the Registry, it is noted that these Applications have been posted on 21.07.2020.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to make available a copy of the main Application by today itself to the other side Counsel in order to enable the Resolution Professional to file its counter to the main Application. Let the counter be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
IA/450/2020 stands disposed of. Post the matter in IA/322/IB/2020 along with the similar Applications on 21.07.2020.
