ORDER

MA 2349/2019 has been filed by Yes Bank Limited, seeking the following reliefs:
(a)To reject the claim of Respondent no.2 L & T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd and direct the Resolution Professional to reject the claim of Respondent No.2 in the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor.
(b)To recall the Admission order dated 14.2.2019 initiating CIRP against the Corporate Debtor.
(c)To stay the continuation of the CIRP against the Corporate Debtor.
During the argument, Ld. Counsel representing the Applicant submitted that he is not pressing prayer clause (b) and (c) above. Ld. Counsel representing the Resolution Professional requested a time for filing reply. Prayer is allowed. Reply, if any, may be filed within three days from today with a copy in advance to the opposite party, after that, rejoinder, if any, may be filed within three days.
List on 9.8.2019 for disposal of MA 2349/2019.
