Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
(i) That Respondents may be ordered to pay to the Petitioners statutory bonus at the rate of 8.33% of their annual wages from the dates of their initial engagement on daily wage basis till their services were regularized with 12% interest thereon.
According to the Petitioners, the issue is covered by judgment dated 4.8.2010 of this Court, passed in LPA No. 92 of 2009 and by judgment dated 30.8.2010 in Krishan Gopal and Ors. v. HPSEB and Ors. in CWP No. 5365 of 2010.
Therefore, there will be a direction to the Respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of the judgment, referred to above, in case the Petitioners are also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a 2 copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
