Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, Chief Justice
The writ petition has been filed mainly with the following prayer:-
That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to pay the statutory bonus at the rate of 8.33% of the annual wages of the husband of the petitioner from the date of his engagement on daily waged basis till his services were regularized with interest @ 12% per annum with arrears etc.
According to the petitioner, the issue is covered by judgment dated 4.8.2010 of this Court, passed in LPA No. 92 of 2009 and by judgment dated 30.8.2010 in Krishan Gopal and others versus HPSEB and others in CWP No. 5365 of 2010.
Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of judgments, referred to above, in case the petitioner is also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and the copies of the judgments referred to above by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
