Judgment
ORDER
Y. Suryanarayana Counsel for the Petitioner/Financial Creditor present. Counsels for R1 & R2 are present. R2 submitted that they have deposited the DD's of Rs.8 lakhs and four cheques of Rs.6 lakhs each as per the order dated 12.06.2019 and also they have deposited DD for Rs.3.24 lakhs in the name of the RP for CIRP cost. The DD bearing No.966378 of Rs.8 lakhs and other four cheques of Rs.6 lakhs each bearing Nos'. 250655, 250656, 110627 & 110626 are handed over to the counsel for the Financial Creditor and the same is acknowledged. Financial Creditor has returned the five original cheques given by the R2 & R3 bearing Nos. 250637, 250638, 110624, 250639 & 110625. Mr. Manoj Kumar Anand, RP with his counsel is present and submitted that he is filing objections for receiving the amount of Rs.3.24 lakhs and they are filing another application with objections claiming more than that amount. In view of the settlement entered between the parties, this CP is closed.
RP received the DD bearing No.966379 of Rs.3.24 lakhs from the registry with a liberty to file objections for more amount.
In view of the above, this CP is closed.
