Let, documents/assets or any other property received from Corporate Debtor be handed over to the Corporate Debtor within five days from the order. The IRP is discharged. Considering the submissions made and documents placed on record, we allow the application. Thereby IB-1177/ND/2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
