The above Interlocutory Application is filed by the Applicant for taking the Written consent, Authorization for assignment and Certificate of registration of the new RP, Ms. Pooja Miglani on record.
Applicant submits that one Mr. Pramodkumar Ramesh Ladda was proposed as the Resolution Professional (RP) by the applicant. However, subsequently the proposed RP expressed his unwilling to be appointed as the RP in the present matter on the grounds of personal difficulty.
After hearing the submissions of the counsel appearing for the Applicant, this bench appoints RP Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01189/2021-2022/13994 by taking his Written consent, Authorization for assignment and Certificate of registration of the new RP, Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani on record.
Accordingly, the above Interlocutory Application is allowed and disposed of.
The Registry is hereby directed to communicate this order to the RP, Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01189/2021-2022/13994 having Reg. Office at House No. 83 New Fateh Singh Nagar Ludhiana, Punjab-141013, forthwith.
