ORDER
IA 3938 of 2022: - The above Interlocutory Application is filed under Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 seeking replacement of Mr. Pramodkumar Ramesh Ladda, the erstwhile Resolution Professional with Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani as the new Resolution Professional.
Adv. Uditi Singh, Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the new RP has filed her Written Consent on 29.07.2022 to act as the RP of the Personal Guarantor, i.e., Komal Chandra Prakash.
After hearing the submissions of the Counsel appearing for the Applicant, this Bench feels that this is fit case to allow the above Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, this Bench allows the Application and appoints Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani, Resolution Professional, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP- N01189/2021-2022/13994 in place of erstwhile Mr. Pramodkumar Ramesh Ladda, who shall hand over all papers to the new RP.
With the above direction, the present Interlocutory Application bearing No. 3938 of 2022 stands allowed and disposed of. List the matter on 16.01.2023.
