Judgment
ORDER
This is an application filed by the RP under Rule 11 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicatory Authority for IRP for personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Rules 2019 read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules 2016 for withdrawal of the present application. It is stated by Ld. Counsel appearing for the RP that this Tribunal vide order dated 28.04.2023 in IA/2332/2023 in IB-627/ND/2022 has permitted the IRP to withdraw the petition which was filed against the Principal Borrower and in view of the withdrawal of the same the present application is sought to be withdrawn. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel that dues have been settled. In view of the settlement made by the Applicant IB-627/ND/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
