Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 302, 498 A /34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh.
The informant is the husband of the deceased Nuraisa Khatoon. Their marriage was solemnized ten years ago.
It appears that on 18.08.2022, the deceased died in her matrimonial home. From the impugned order, it appears that no mechanical, external or internal injury was found on the dead body of the deceased, as per the doctor who performed postmortem on the dead body of the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022.
