O R D E R
This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing. No one is present representing either of the sides.
This Petition is filed with a prayer to allow the Petitioner to withdraw CP (IB) No.09/GB/2021, which was filed under Section 9 of the IBC, 2016, as the matter has been settled amicably between the Petitioner and the Respondent. However, the CP (IB) No.09/GB/2021 was heard and kept reserved for Orders.
Now the Petitioner has prayed for allowing it to withdraw the Petition. The Petitioner is hereby allowed to withdraw the Company Petition as prayed for without any condition.
The IA is allowed and the Company Petition being CP (IB) No.09/GB/2021 stands withdrawn as the matter amicably settled between the parties.
