This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction especially one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent herein in calling the petitioner to the police station and making him to sit in the police station from morning to evening and threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises bearing Door No.11/873 to an extent of 156 Ankanams of Site and 60 Sq.Yrds of ACC roofed shed situated at Ward No.11, Santhapet Area, Nellore City, S.P.S.R. Nellore District at the instance of 4th respondent herein by interfering in Civil Disputes, insptie of legal notice issued dated 22.02.2018, as illegal and arbitrary to the established principles of law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein not to interfere in civil disputes by harassing the petitioner and pass such other order or orders.
Heard Smt.K.Pallavi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner through V.C. and Sri V.Farook, learned Addl. Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the matter is of civil nature and police will not interfere in such disputes in the light of law, and police will follow due process of law.
The submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader are placed on record.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
