Judgment

Petitioner is knocking at the doors of Writ Court with the following prayer:
”Wherefore the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ of Like nature or order or directing the second respondent to forthwith accord sanction to the petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings against the above said persons viz Covai R. Rahmatullah, Chetan Kumar Ahimsa @ Chethan Ahimsa, Sitaram Yechury, Athavulla Punjalkatte, i.e., respondents 3-6 or in the alternative direct respondents 1-2 to issue a suitable reply to the representation of the petitioner dated 29-3-2022 produced as Annexure-H and representation dated 19-4-2022 produced as Annexure-J, in the interest of justice.”
Learned AGA appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 submits that this day the office of Advocate General has passed the order under Section 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and therefore, Petition has become infructuous. He has handed a copy of the order to the Petitioner who accepted it on the instruction of this Court.
Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is disposed off. All contentions of the parties otherwise being kept open.
Costs made easy.
