The matter has been repeatedly passed over, however, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant- appellant.

The order sheets dated 12.05.2022, 15.10.2022, and 14.12.2022 reflect that the applicant-appellant has not taken steps for service of respondent No.1. On 01.03.2023, following order was passed in the matter:-

“Final opportunity of two weeks is granted to the applicant-appellant to take steps for service of respondent No.1. In case the steps are taken within the aforesaid period, notice be issued to respondent No.1, returnable for 03.04.2023.

List on 03.04.2023.

Name of Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, be reflected henceforth n the cause list for the applicant-appellant.”

The office reported that even now steps for service of respondent No.1 have not been taken.

In view of the aforesaid situation, it appears that the applicant-appellant is not interest to pursue the matter. accordingly, the application and appeal are dismissed for want of prosecution.

The pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
