This is an applicaon to place on record addional documents as Annexures P-10 to P-13.

The present peon has been filed seeking grant of i nterim bail for three months to the peoner on the medical condion of h is mother.
Aer arguing for some me, facing the strict oppo sion from the State, counsel for the peoner wants to withdraw the pres ent peon.
Given above, the present peon stands disposed o f having been withdrawn. Considering the fact that peoner’s par ents had medical issue and despite the fact that there are no family member except relave s to take care of them, this Court also requests to the trial Court to take up the maer on top priority. Needless to say the Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed necessary direcon s in this regard. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed o f.
