The present peon has been filed under Secon 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the peon on the medical ground in the abovemenoned FIR.
State counsel on instrucons submits that the con cerned SHO had personally visited the house of the peoner and he found to b e very fit.
Given above, no ground for bail on medical ground is made out and the present peton is dismissed.
At this stage, counsel for the peoner submits t hat under a bona fide relief that since the present peon is pending, as such, there would be no need for the peoner to surrender, as such, he waited for the o utcome of the present peon. He further submits that now the peon has been dismis sed, the peoner be given some me to surrender at least ll tomorrow noon.
The prayer is innocuous.
Given above, the peoner is permied to surrende r posively by tomorrow i.e. 03.05.2023 by 12 (noon). In case, he surrenders in the said me, no acon shall be taken against the peoner for not surrendering pri or to that me. Liberty reserved to file a fresh regular bail peon on merits aer surrendering. There would be no need for a cerfied copy of this o rder, and any Advocate for the Peoner and State can download this order and other parculars as may be required, from the official web page of this Court, and aest it to be a true copy.
