Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
CWP No. 5535 of 2011
(i) That Respondents may be ordered to regularize the services of the Petitioner from the date he completed 8 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc. or in the alternative to grant work charge status may be granted to the Petitioner from the date he completed 8 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof."
According to the Petitioner, he is entitled to have regularization in terms of Annexure P-1 policy. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Advocate General, regularization would depend upon the availability of vacancy and his eligibility in terms of the seniority. The Petitioner submits that there are vacancies. The Petitioner further submit that he may be permitted to file appropriate representation before the second Respondent. In the event of such representation being filed, the same will be considered and appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, will be passed within four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any
